Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to food safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges once orders have been delivered or collected.
If your product or food is damaged, spoiled or incorrect please get in touch with photos and we will happily organise for a replacement or refund.
Should you wish to change specific items in your order prior to pickup or delivery, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will assist in any way we can.
For orders that are not picked up within a week or if we are unable to deliver and make contact with you, we will automatically issue you a partial refund of 75% of your order amount, with a 25% processing fee.
