Products
My baby is older/younger than the age recommend for the food texture/stage. Can I feed them products from this range?
Yes! Starting solids is not always textbook. Our textures and recommended age ranges are just a guide. Some babies move quicker with texture progression and some a little slower - go with what your little one can manage.
Are your products Halal-certified?
Unfortunately they are not Halal-certified at this stage. We do hope to one day so that all our families can enjoy our baby and toddler food.
Are your ingredients sourced locally?
At Two Little Spoons we aim to support local businesses and source ingredients from local farmers, suppliers and wholesalers, where possible.
How long can I keep your products for?
All our products have a best before date of 3 months from the date of manufacture. All products will be labelled with a best before date.
I've ordered the same product from a previous order, but I notice that the consistency and colour is different. Why is that?
Our products rely heavily on many seasonal vegetables and fruit, and are hand-made (not commercially processed using equipment) and therefore there will be slight differences between batches. Rest assured, we have standardised recipes for all our products.
Why are there no GST charges on my invoice?
Two Little Spoons is currently not registered for GST (not yet required) and we therefore don't charge GST on our products.
Ordering, Pick-up & Delivery
I've missed the order cut-off, can I still place an order?
Unfortunately, Two Little Spoons is a owner-operated so we cannot accept late orders. However, if you've only missed it by a couple of hours - send us an email or message! We will happily assist where we can to help you get your hands on your order sooner!
Can I pick up my order any time during the week?
You can collect your order anytime during our kitchen trading hours which can be found here. You do not need to schedule a time.
When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries occur weekly on Wednesdays only.
I won't be home on delivery day. Can I get it delivered to my work?
Absolutely! Please enter your work address for delivery and include any instructions if your workplace is a little tricky to find. Ensure you have access to a freezer in your workplace as our products need to stay frozen. Our kitchen is also open on Saturday mornings for pick-up.
Can I change my delivery address?
Of course. Please email us as soon as possible. Delivery address changes are accepted until Tuesday COB (5pm).
